REQUIREMENTS:

Strong/Proven New Business Development Skills with experience in: 

- Networking

- Following leads 

- Working with Subject Matter Experts 

- Demonstrating progressive growth in a sales environment 

- Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills 

- Creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists within territory 

-Ability to meet targets 

- Travel within Region 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE 

Post-Secondary Education in Business or Technology preferred, combined with the following skill set: 

- 5+ years in a Sales/Business Development position 

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as IT considered an asset 

- Pre-established contacts within the property management sector considered an asset. 

-Competitive spirit with a collaborate mindset 

- Positive attitude and a passionate work ethic
